I don't have much sympathy for the suffering and misery of people who live in Chicagoland and similar solid-blue urban shit-holes. Stories like this one about how the incompetent sheriff of Cook county, IL who is responsible for the pre-trial custody of Chicagoland's lumpenproles, a job which he botches continually, breezes to re-nomination on the Dem ticket. Sheriff Tom Dart had no serious opposition in the Democrat primary and only token opposition come the general. Hey Chicagoans: If you elect and re-elect these fuckwits (and gladly too), then you'll continue to get what you've been getting! Go figure?
People in these deep blue cities and states piss and moan, then go and re-elect the same bum. Not a different bum, but the same fucking ones. And this phenomenon cascades all through the hierarchy of officialdom. Judges, district attorneys, alderman, and the rest, no matter how bad. They get in and fucking stay in, until the feds send them to jail. So, no more tears for you blue bots. Suck it up or move.
